Samples, negotiated
We negotiate sample terms in Mandarin and get physical samples to you before any bulk commitment.
Inspection before you pay
On-site or pre-shipment inspection with dated photos, measurements, and a written report. Bad batches get remade or refunded — before they ship.
Order & handoff
You pay the factory directly. We coordinate packing, your forwarder, and export paperwork, and stay on call until the goods arrive.
